Тема: «Friends»
Мета: розвивати мовленнєві вміння і навички учнів
Завдання:
• удосконалення навичок усного мовлення по темі,
• удосконалення навичок роботи в групах,
• організація контролю вмінь і навичок усного мовлення учнів по темі
Обладнання: Тести, картки, презентація
Хід уроку:
Привітання: Good morning, children.
- Good morning, teacher.
Організаційний момент:
Who is on duty today?
- We are on duty today.
Who is absent?
- All are present.
What date is it today?
- Today is ...
What day today is it?
- Today is Monday.
Thank you. Our topic for today is "Friends"
By the way, do you have a lot of friends?

I had a box of crayons,
All shiny, straight and new.
I lent a friend one crayon,
And--oops--it broke in two!

Let's try to translate the poem:

У мене була коробка кольорових олівців,
Вся сяюча, пряма і нова.
Я позичив її одному олівець
Упс! Він розвалився на дві частини!
Подруга вибачилася, сказала: «Дуже шкода»,
Але я відповіла: «Все в порядку, тепер у нас їх два
Один колір і два олівці - ми можемо поднлиться
Адже ми з тобою друзі!»

How to make friends?
to put somebody down - принижувати кого-небудь
perfect - ідеальний, досконалий
understanding - розуміючий
selfish - егоїстичний
perfection - досконалість
to expect - чекати
cheerful - бадьорий, веселий
boring - нудний
to make a mistake - робити помилку
now and then - іноді, час від часу
to laugh - сміятися
to give as well as to take - як давати, так і брати
relationship - відносини
to be choosy - бути розбірливим

Закріплення нової лексики:
As for me the word "friendship" means feelings and behaviour that exist between friends, but what these feelings and what are the behaviour is one should decide for himself. So what does friendship mean for you? No ideas? O.K. let's read the poem:

Friends are people who share,(ділитися)
Friends are people who care.(піклуватися)
They try to understand.(розуміти)
They give a helping hand.(допомагати)
Look once more at the poem and then at the screen. Now say what friendship means. Friendship means ... (сагіпд of each other, helping to each other).


But it is very difficult to make friends. I would like you to read some rules how to make friends.

So, let's summarize everything we've learnt today. Take the cards, please.
